Hogs Shipping Update #11 - North American Fulfilment, remaining Rest Of The World and FAQ

Good day everyone,
North American Fulfilment:
Due to a processing error, Funagain Logistics mistakenly split Deluxe Edition orders of Hogs Of War: The Miniatures Game into the Deluxe Components and the Core Games.
If this applies to your pledge, Funagain will be sending out any remaining items from your pledge shortly. We are very sorry for the delay.
This may cause additional Customs Duties to be levied against your shipment. Please contact [email protected]for a refund of these additional duties if they have been applied (Please email with the proof of two Hogs duties being paid for the refund).
Following a call on Friday, it was agreed that Funagain will be shipping all remaining SKUs for Hogs Of War at no cost to Stone Sword Games or the Backers. They apologised for the slow response time to our emails and this mistake- and we're sorry too, processes will be improved in the future to prevent this from happening again.
Rest Of The World Fulfilment:
VFI Asia emailed us to inform us that a handful of orders to Australia, NZ and the RoW are in their hub waiting to ship. These remaining copies should have been dispatched in September but we recently received an email informing this that they missed this dispatch and will be shipping in October.
We are very grateful for your ongoing patience with ourselves and VFI. Hogs has been with VFI since the 15th of June. It has been a very frustrating process and we can't wait for your copies to finally arrive.
Please send through any rules questions you have that aren't covered by this FAQ. We will add the new answers in and get this document uploaded to our website and BoardGameGeek.
Mini Update - French, Spanish, Italian and German Hogs of War rulebook PDF's!

Greetings all you beautiful backers!
We hope you are all well out in the world!
With EU fulfilment getting closer every day we have some great news for German, Italian, Spanish and French speaking backers! We now have the rules in 4 more languages meaning you can learn the rules as you wait for the game to arrive.
The foreign Language editions still retain the lovely graphic design of the original rulebook!
We have hired professional translators for every language offered for Hogs of War. However none of us in the office speak the languages offered fluently (except for Dan who has a pretty decent grasp on French, ooh la la!) and we did most of the reformatting the graphic design. So if you spot any issues please let us know and we'll be happy to implement any changes!

Good morning, afternoon and evening Backers!
Hogs Fulfilment Update
EU and Europe:
The EU shipment is with Surfin Meeple. We are just waiting on SM to come back to us with any final questions they have about the product. European backers should expect their games imminently.
North America:
Hogs cleared customs last week and is now with Funagain Logistics. We are liaising with Funagain for a final pre-dispatch check through of the product's SKUs. North American backers should expect their games imminently.
Asia:
VFI Asia has been in contact. The remaining parcels are ready for dispatch with their August Kickstarters. Just waiting on them to send these parcels out with their scheduled mass dispatch and they should be with backers shortly.
UK: (Repeat)
UK Fulfilment has wrapped up, including UKGE orders. We are now moving on to incoming orders received as and when they come in.

ZatuCon:
Some of the team are travelling down to ZatuCon (London) this Bank Holiday Monday (29th August).
There will be plenty of publishers, retailers and gaming events at the 'con- and if you happen to see us on Monday, please swing by and say hello!
Hogs Of War Merch:
Seven Squared is producing new, officially branded Hogs Of War merch.
We’ve been asked to share the new goodies by Ian Stewart, creator of Hogs Of War. Sweatshirts and T-Shirts are currently on sale with Hoodies on their way soon!
That's all for this week- hopefully next week we should see the first American and European backers receive their copies of Hogs, with the last of the Asia, Australian and NZ backers receiving their copies. I'll keep pushing where I can and until then, stay safe, healthy and happy!

Hello Hogs Backers!
Short update for you all today.
UK:
UK Fulfilment has wrapped up, including UKGE orders. We are now moving on to incoming orders received as and when they come in.

EU and Europe:
Great news! The EU shipment is now with Surfin Meeple, having been delivered this week after finally clearing French customs.
Shipping will start very soon, all info and product guides are with SM.
North America:
Hogs has cleared USA customs and is now waiting for a lorry / truck driver to deliver the shipment to Funagain Logistics. We were advised that due to US labour shortages this delay could happen- but that the delay won't be for very long at all.
Any orders of Full Moon Jacket made alongside your Hogs pledge (See here) are shipping now, directly from the UK to speed up delivery.
Asia:
VFI Asia has been chased again, and has told us that with the remaining parcels "most of them schedule to send out with our August KS shipment together". We're currently waiting for an expectation of when that August KS Shipment will be dispatched as I know it's been an agonising wait for Australian and New Zealand backers.
I will continue to push them for responses but unfortunately so far, VFI's dispatch process seems to be out of my influence despite best efforts to hurry it along.
Hogs of War Video:
Our playthrough Video for the Hogs of War went live with a backing track, which some viewers found distracting. We've listened and created a second version without the backing track, find it here.
Once the team has some spare time, we're aiming to shoot a gameplay video of Hogs (or two!) as well- as we know that's something you have been wanting to see!

Hogs Shipping Update #8 UK Fulfilment Complete, EU, US, Asia and other regions update, How to Play Video Released

Hello Hogs Backers!
We hope you are all well! Sorry this update is a little late- over the last two weeks we have had members of staff off on Holiday and some illness within the office so we are a little behind with socials.
UK Backers:
All UK Kickstarter Backers should have received their pledges and we are hearing great things about the games people are having! If you have had any games yourselves or painted up any of the mini's please let us know as we'd love to see and hear it!
If you've received some of your pledge but are missing items, or you haven't yet receiving your pledge please email [email protected] and he will be happy to help. Max will then talk to Zatu Logistics, find out the status of the order and give it a nudge.
If you ordered Hogs at UKGE 2021 or UKGE 2022 your order is currently being processed and should be with you very soon.
InternationalShipping update:
EU: The ship has been unloaded in Rotterdam, transported to France and is now waiting in French customs to clear before it can make its way to our EU fulfilment agency "Surfin' Meeple".
French customs is taking a long time and communication from them has been poor at best, they do have all the information they need from us to clear customs - sent a few weeks back, which means unfortunately this is out of our hands. However it is in progress and ready to go to the final stage of fulfilment when it clears customs!
Asia: VFI Asia has the stock it needs and should be sending out the final orders this week. Communication has again been poor - but we have been and will continue to persistently ask for updates every few days about the progress of these final parcels.
North America: The US ship was heavily delayed because of a Shanghai Covid Lockdown but is finally in the US, having arrived at Long Beach last week.
The boat has completed the unloading process and Hogs is now waiting to get through US Customs.
Again, as with the EU, the paperwork needed is with US Customs- we are just waiting on the process to complete, we are just relieved the game is on US soil at last.
