Just a short update today on New Year's Eve. The remainder of the surveys have been sent out and should be in your email box. Please check Spam folders; and if you haven't received the BackerKit email by tomorrow- please email me at [email protected].
10KG+ Orders:
If you are one of the mega-fans/retailers who ordered 10KG+ of Hoggy goodness, you'll notice on your survey there is no shipping charge. Paul and I have decided that we will be getting bespoke shipping quotes for parcels of that weight and above to help save you money! (Otherwise we would have had to put a blanket charge on the order regardless of a 10.01kg weight or a 25kg+ retailer order.)
If your order falls into this category, I'll pick it up on the BackerKit system and email you directly in the new year.

Paul and I would like to wish you a Happy New Years as we go into 2021 (and wish good riddance to 2020!). We hope you stay healthy, happy and safe and look forward to getting Hogs to you as soon as we can!

Good morning, afternoon and evening Backers!
I hope you are all very well, safe and either with your families or making the most of it for this holiday season! Thankfully I'm back on my feet, albeit brain-foggy, and working through the backlog of emails our end.
Surveys:
I was a little more impacted by Corona than I thought I would be- struggling with mental health and a "brain-fog" of late, but I am pleased to say that the initial "Smoke Test" Surveys have now been sent out. This is a 5% sample survey that just crosses the T's and dots the I's for a mass survey release hopefully over the Christmas period.
Shipping:
I am a believer in total transparency, and this applies to our shipping. Stone Sword Games will never make a penny of profit from shipping, but with the huge (£20) saving off the RRP of the core game, we openly prefer to place a flat saving on our product instead of shipping at a loss and charging full RRP for the game.
The shipping costs you will see on BackerKit are currently set at Shipquest's best 2020 rates, and I am a big fan of their service and the boss-man (who is lovely!). If these rates go up or down, (both possible in 2021), then the shipping will change to meet this new price point. If I can knock money off the shipping as a result of coronavirus being stopped, geopolitical issues being sorted etc, I will refund the difference. So this is just a head's up, there might be a change, and it might be in our collective favour or work against us. (At it currently stands, any change to the shipping will come through BackerKit and appear as a charge/refund against your account).
Card Game Shipping:
I'm pleased to say that all of our store orders for Hogs Of War The Card Game have been sent out or are on the way to you. There is a huge delay in shipping at the moment from an embattled Royal Mail, so please get in contact if your parcel has gone missing ([email protected]), but expect a small delay.
I am working to dispatch the card game copies too that have been ordered through BackerKit! If I can, I will get them sent out ahead of the Miniatures Game release.
Merry Christmas:
Finally, Paul and I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 2020 has been a strange year for a lot of people and very painful for some. Paul and I hope that we have a brighter 2021 and get to meet many of you at conventions, game stores or on the road. We have a slew of new games in the pipeline and can't wait to share them with you all, and to get you a shiny copy of Hogs The Miniatures Game.

Some rubbish news here... on Wednesday I tested positive for Coronavirus and it has absolutely floored me. (Headache, dizziness, bone aches, no smell / taste, the lot!)
Unfortunately this already has and will impact the surveys being sent out, orders of Hogs being dispatched and the general speed of stuff getting done.
With a lot of lemsip and rest, hopefully I will be up and working in short order!

Pre-Order Store has opened:
Clicking the "Late Pledge Now!" button on the main page of the campaign will take you to the pre-order store! This store contains every offering in the main campaign for Hogs Of War The Miniatures Game plus some choice add-ons.
Use this option if you missed out on our campaign and want to jump in! There is a colossal discount of £20 from the Deluxe and Core Pledges' RRP so don't miss out (the discount will be withdrawn as we get closer to fulfilment).
Surveys Incoming:
The Backer Surveys are in the works as we speak, and should be going out throughout this week and into the next. This survey will hit your email box if you pledged during the campaign, and will take your shipping address, your language preferences, your chosen add-ons and whether you want to upgrade your pledge to the Deluxe.
