Good morning, afternoon and evening Hogs fans!
Something really exciting has just came through from China! Hog minis, in all their hoggin' glory, cast in Red Wax and ready for mass production!
We are looking to finalise our first wave of Hogs Of War: The Miniatures Game. If you would like to pick up some copies for your store, please email [email protected]- there's plenty of great content in the box, including 96 Miniatures, 8 Missions, a Solo Mode and some beautiful graphic design work from Paul!

Hogs Of War Production Update

Good morning, afternoon and evening Backers. Just a quick update for you today!
Miniatures:
The Factory has set the date for testing the moulds as the 25th April. Paul and I have a lot of confidence in their expertise and once the test is completed, we should be well on track to having all 250,000+ miniatures in production!
General Game Development:
Paul has been working very hard this week to make the sure the digital files for the game match with the Factory's specifications, colour tolerances and bleed templates. It's a super fiddly and technical job, and I am very proud of his work so far! He is really working hard to make sure the game is as beautifully produced as possible! We have also added an Explosion Template (seen bottom right!) to the game to visually beef up the very fun Railgun/Missile mechanic.
Fulfilment:
So far, everything is proceeding as planned for the June/ July rollout of Hogs Of War The Miniatures Game. Our trotters are crossed that this positive trend continues- if there are any developments, Ill be letting you know in these updates.

Good morning, afternoon and evening Backers!
Production Update:
Just a quick update for the middle of March. Casting of the Attack Dice and Vehicle Damage Dice has now started- with all of the relevant files signed off and approved! The Miniatures are currently with the casting team who are working out if there any changes that need to be made to the final sculpts.
We have updated the existing game art for all of the Vehicles that feature in the game! Many thanks to our incredibly talented artist Raben White (The very same artist from the Hogs comic book!).
Here is the fantastic Armoured Car, ready to race onto the battlefield and flambé some Hogs!

New Upgrade Card Art
Paul and I weren't super blown away by the art on the Vehicle Upgrade Cards so we have sunk a little more funding into getting some new fantastic pieces produced, resplendent with hidden details and fantastic, cartoony technical drawings.

Chinese New Year
At the moment our friends on the manufacturing side of the project are celebrating Chinese New Year and the accompanying holiday. We wish them a happy Chinese New Year and hope they have a great time seeing family and friends!
Production restarts later this month- with finalising the miniature moulds being the first job on the agenda.
General Progress
We are currently working on the final graphical aspects of the game and are confident Hogs Of War The Miniatures Game will be shipping on time - barring any factors outside of our control. Very excited to be getting the product to you all!
Other Projects
A lot is happening at Stone Sword Games HQ at the moment- including a very exciting IP collaboration that is looking to be signed off soon.

Hogs Of War Production Begins + Stretch Goal Gift For All Backers From Stone Sword Games!

Good morning, afternoon and evening Hogs fans!
I've got two great pieces of information for you today;
1) The Production Plan for Hogs Of War The Miniatures Game is now in place, we are on track and working with the fantastic manufacturer from Hogs Of War The Card Game. Everything is going smoothly thus far and as it currently stands, there is no change from the June-start fulfilment date! (Cont. below.)
Fokker Tri-Plane
2) Paul and I are proud to officially announce the Fokker Triplane for the Sow-A-Kraut faction will be included in the Core Box of Hogs Of War The Miniatures Game for free! (So if you have ordered the Deluxe or as a retailer, you will also be getting this miniature sculpt!)
We unfortunately did not hit the Stretch Goal during the Kickstarter Campaign but it has been such a positive journey for myself, Paul and the wider Hogs Of War community that we decided to include the sculpt as a gift over setting it up as an add-on. (The 'Red Bacon' Upgrade Card will also be included!)
